William Lamar Beane III is a former baseball player and current front office executive in the United States. He is the Oakland Athletics' executive vice president of baseball operations and a minority owner; he is also a minority owner of Barnsley FC of the EFL Championship in England and AZ Alkmaar of the Eredivisie in the Netherlands.
