Kevin first began playing football at the age of 4 in his hometown of Drongen,  Belgium where he and his parents resided. Even in his youth Kevin was known for his hard work and dedication. These traits allowed him to excel within his youth club. Even hen he was seen asthe future of Belgian football.

 It was during this time that Belgium was trying to revolutionize its football teams amid growing unpopularity and poor performance. Kevin was identified as a kid who could help to lead this revolution. He suddenly found himself in the spotlight often being interviewed several times before and after his matches.

 He plays attacking midfielder for Manchester City, an English Premier League and he plays in Belgium national team. He is described often as one of the best modern advanced play makers because of his technique, long range shooting skills, his ability to pass over both shot distances and long distances. Because of his many exceptional skills he is considered to be the best midfielder in all of Europe.

He started his career with Genk and he was a regular player there. With his help they were able to win the 2010-11 Belgian Pro League. In the year 2012, he joined the English club Chelsea but he did not play too much until he got loaned to the Werder Bremen for a season. While playing for Werder Bremen he  he scored a goal for Bremen in a 3–2 defeat to Hannover 96. De Bruynewent on to score in Bremen’s next game, a 2–2 tie game against  VfB Stuttgart, De Bruyne also scored the winnig goal on November 18th while his team was down to 10 men. 

Kevin de Bruyne then signed a contract for 18 million pounds with Wolfsburg in 2014 for 22 million pounds.  he made his debut for Wolfsburg in a 3–1 home loss against Hannover 96. He also scored in the last two matches of the Bundesliga helping his team to win against VfB Stuttgart and Borussia Mönchengladbach. During the 2015-16 season Kevin won the 2015 DFL-Supercup against Bayern.
