Ashley Rickards

Ashley Nicole Rickards was born on May 4, 1992, in Florida. From a young age, she displayed a unique blend of intelligence and artistic talent. Breakthrough Role in 'Awkward'

Rickards rose to prominence in 2011 with her portrayal of Jenna Hamilton in the MTV teen comedy-drama series Awkward. Her performance as a high school student grappling with identity and social challenges earned her critical acclaim. Although she was not initially selected for the role, the producers reconsidered after viewing her performance in the film Fly Away. Eventually, she not only starred in the series but also directed two episodes, showcasing her talents behind the camera.
