High School Basketball Career

For her education she graduated from Grace M. Davis High School, Modesto, California. During her time here she obtained Cal-Hi Sports all-state team and League MVP as a senior. She was involved in different kind of sport competition. She was part of the varsity volleyball team, field and track team.

College Baketball Career

After high school he attended the University of California, Berkeley. During this time she played for the Bears of Cal as forward position and the center position. She is famous for her double-doubles, recording 47; she was first in Cal history for rebounds, free-throws made and free-throws attempted.

In her first year she was one of the three Cal’s players which were named to be part of the Pac-10 All-Freshman squad. It was the first time when the University had more than two players in this competition. Together with Devanei Hampton, Ashley was placed on the first team of All-Pac-10 squad. It was the first time when two players from the Bears were put in the first team.

When she was on her second year, she was one of the four players from Cal who made it to the All-Pac-10 squad. She was part of Pac-10 All-Defensive team and second-team All-American by Sports Illustrated. When she was a Junior, she became the 17th Cal player that reached the milestone of 1000 points. In her last year she made it again in First team All-Pac-10 and First team Pac-10 All-Defensive team.

After college she made it to WNBA team Seattle Storm. She was part of Tulsa Shock, San Antonio Silver Stars and Washington Mystics. Due to her high performances she started her international career with Maccabi Ashdod in Israel. She played for them in 2009-2010 off-season. In 2010-2011 she played for Maccabi Ramat Hen. In 2011-2012 she was a team member of Ceyhan Belediyespor and in 2013 she started to play in Romania for CSM Târgovi?te. She keeps more from her personal life private.
