Bronson Pinchot

Bronson Alcott Pinchot is an actor of American origin, who was born on May 20, 1959 in Manhattan to Rosina, a typist and Henry, a bookbinder. His ethnicity is a combination of Italian, American and Russian. Bronson was raised in South California along with his younger brother Justin. There he graduated from the South Pasadena High School. He was a bright student and showed immense interest in studies and other extra co-curricular activities. He was even appointed the valedictorian of his class. Next he was able to secure a place in the Yale University on full scholarship in the Morse College. His subject at the college was fine arts and being a meritorious student he excelled there with high honours certification of magna cum laude. A college play proved to be the game changer for Pinchot, here he was spotted by a casting director, giving him a break in the film industry in the year 1983 with the movie ‘Risky Business.’ However, film business could not get him away from his passion of fine arts and related work. He did significant work in the year 1999, for restoring the 1839 mansion ‘the circa,’ which belonged to Edward Jones, the former senator of Pennsylvania. His passion for restoration of heritage, drove him to undertake a project to rejuvenate the 19th century look of a small town.

Pinchot’s stint with movies was not one film short. Feature films became his usual business and he was seen in a films like ‘Beverly Hills Cop (1984),’ ‘The Flamingo Kid (1984),’ ‘After Hours (1985),’ ‘Blame it on Bellboy (1992),’ ‘Beverly Hills Cop III (1994),’ ’Slappy and the Stinkers (1998),’ ‘The First Wives Club (1996),’ ‘The All-New Adventures of Laurel and Hardy (1999)’ and many more. Bronson also lent his voice to a bunch of movies like ‘The Jungle Creature: Hugo (1993),’ Jungledyret 2- den store filmhelt (1996),’ ‘Babes in Toyland (1997),’ ‘Quest for Camelot (1998),’ ‘The Tale of Despereaux (2008),’ and ‘Hooking Up (2009).’ His most recent movies include ‘The Strike’ released in 2015 and upcoming movie ‘Double Play’ in 2016.

Although he has done a bunch of movies but it was the character of Balki Bartokomous of the sitcom series ‘Perfect Strangers’ which made him a familiar face in the audiences; the show was broadcasted on ABC.  Pinchot has done significant amount of work in voicing audiobooks, 100 in number. Other audio works of Pinchot include audio version of novels ‘Matterhorn’ and ‘Blood Oath.’ The famous punch line ‘Das Auto’ of Volkswagen was recorded in his voice in the year 2009 and continues to impress the audiences.

Pinchot affairs have been the talk of town, most of them were not approved by him. A relationship with Amy Heckerling was the one which he lived publicly. Although the couple never got married and divorced, but they separated after 4 years of live in relationship.

Bronson has done his bit in the field of art and acting and his professionalism and work ethics has elevated his net worth to $3 million.
