Carolina Bermudez was born in 1978 in Warren, Ohio. She attended John F. Kennedy High School and later graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism. During her time at Arizona State, she was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.
After completing her university studies, Bermudez moved to Los Angeles, where she pursued acting and graduated from an acting program. During this phase of her career, she worked as a freelance writer for Latin Billboard magazine. She later moved to Miami, Florida, to work at WHYI (Y100), where she gained initial radio experience.
In 2005, Bermudez joined the nationally syndicated Elvis Duran and the Morning Show on WHTZ (Z100) in New York City. She transitioned to Z100 from Y100 in Miami, where she was previously part of The Kenny & Footy Morning Show alongside co-host Froggy. While working with Elvis Duran, the show was syndicated via Premiere Radio Networks to other major markets, including WHYI in Miami and WIOQ in Philadelphia.
Beyond radio, Carolina Bermudez contributed to several television programs. She made appearances on CNN Headline News' Showbiz Tonight, VH1, and E! News, offering celebrity commentary and entertainment insights. Bermudez was also a guest expert on The Maury Povich Show and occasionally appeared in segments. Additionally, she acted in the daytime soap opera One Life to Live, playing the role of Bianca Morales. She contributed content for In Touch Weekly magazine as well.
