He was born to mother Cassandra and father Dermot Harris who was also a producer. But after the death of his father in the year 1986 he was adopted by Pierce Brosnan. Cassandra married to Pierce in 1977 and they have a son out of this wedlock named Sean Brosnan. Pierce was Cassandra’s third husband and this marriage last till the death of Cassandra in December 1991. Chris also has a real sister, Charlotte Brosnan, who was also adopted by Pierce.
