Daniel Sharman is an English actor best known for his roles in television and film. Born Daniel Andrew Sharman on April 25, 1986, in Hackney, London, he showed an early interest in acting. At the age of nine, he auditioned for the Royal Shakespeare Company and was selected from among thousands of applicants, earning early experience with the prestigious British theatre group.
Sharman received his education at Mill Hill School and later attended the Arts Educational School in London. He went on to study at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in acting.
