Darin Brooks was born in 1984, May 27 in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. His father Norah Brooks was an office worker whereas his mother Barbara came to the states from Poland. The actor had both of his parents until the age of 7 when his folks decided to go their separate ways. Darin was left with his mother and the two of them moved to New Jersey where actor spent the rest of his childhood and teen years. Darin Brooks was a student at Saint Paul's School in Jersey and it was a place where his career as an actor really began. He was an avid fan of the theater while in school and participated in as many different plays that were produced in the school as he could. It was no surprise that his passion for acting got him roles in various projects the school was responsible for. With the support of his peers and teachers, Darin decided that he wanted to do acting for the rest of his life so it is not a surprise that he chose this particular career path.
Career
As previously mention Darin Brooks began his career during high school and in a recent interview revealed that if there was not as much support from the people surrounding him back then he would not have become an actor. After being done with the school Darin began attending various acting classes and got work as an extra in various movies. He also did some modeling as a side gig since he needed money to survive. This sort of work was all well and good but the actor really wanted to become noticeable and star in movies and TV shows. He got his wish in 2005 when he appeared in a short film Staring at the Sun as one of the smokers. He also began working with the crew of Days of Our Lives, a soap opera on NBC television. He played Max Brady, a series regular, and got some recognition for the role in terms of awards and nominations. The actor then went on and appeared in a couple of more television series. He had roles in Blue Mountain State, CSI: Miami, Castle as well as Super Fun Night where he had a guest appearance in two episodes of the show. His movie career was not memorable. He was working on a couple of short films and two TV films – Bad Girls and The Seven Year Hitch. In 2013, he got a role in Brian Brightly's psychological thriller Liars All. He is also credit with Lev Spiro's comedy film Blue Mountain State: The Rise of Thadland. Since then he did seems to have disappeared but it is a matter of time when we will see the actor again.

Awards and nominations
Brooks has won a Daytime Emmy for an Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series for his role in Days of Our Lives. He was also nominated for Bloomers as a Best Guest Star in 2011.
The actor is still young and has his whole career ahead of him. It would be nice to see him star in a bigger movie with some famous actors. This way we would be able to see the full potential of Darin Brooks.
