Early Life and Background

Born on February 5, 2002, in Houston, Texas, Davis was raised primarily by his father following his parents' divorce. His father is a businessman, and his mother worked as a model. Davis spent much of his childhood in Los Angeles alongside his siblings—two brothers, Paul and Jackson, and a sister, Marybeth. From an early age, he showed a strong interest in martial arts and music, particularly playing the guitar. He also enjoys skateboarding, rollerblading, and playing video games in his free time. In addition to acting, Davis is a musician and rapper who writes his own songs. He actively participates in charity work, including fundraising efforts to support research for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.

Early Acting Roles and Commercial Appearances

Davis began his acting career at the young age of six. In 2008, he made guest appearances as Andy in the hit television series How I Met Your Mother and as Ricky in an episode of Criminal Minds. Even before his television debut, he appeared in several national commercials for major brands, including McDonald's, Nissan, Honey Baked Ham, Nintendo, Microsoft, and Kmart.

Breakthrough with Disney's "Shake It Up"

In 2010, Davis gained widespread recognition for his role as Flynn Jones in the Disney Channel series Shake It Up. The show marked a turning point in his career, significantly increasing his popularity among young audiences. That same year, he also appeared in other Disney Channel productions, such as Zeke and Luther as Roy Waffles (Luther’s younger brother), Hannah Montana Forever in a minor role, and Pair of Kings as Chauncey. His portrayal of Flynn Jones earned him nominations for the Young Artist Award in the category of Outstanding Young Ensemble in a TV Series in both 2011 and 2012.
