Path Into Magic and Entertainment
Back in the UK, McGee auditioned for the Bernard Delfont Organisation, which played a pivotal role in reshaping her career. Through this opportunity, she was cast to perform on stage alongside magician Paul Daniels in his 1979 summer show in Great Yarmouth. This professional partnership marked the beginning of a long-running collaboration that would later evolve into a personal relationship.
Debbie McGee married Paul Daniels in April 1988 in Buckinghamshire. Over the years, the duo became one of Britain's most recognized magic acts, with McGee serving as both assistant and prominent stage partner in many of Daniels’ televised and live performances.
