His parents are Robin Dodson, a professional billiards player, and Joe Bell. Raised alongside three brothers and a sister, Bell attended the Orange County High School of the Arts, where he began cultivating his talents in performing arts.

Rise to Fame on Nickelodeon
Bell's acting career began at a young age, with one of his early roles being an appearance on the television show Home Improvement in 1994. His breakthrough came with roles on Nickelodeon, including The Amanda Show and, most notably, Drake & Josh, where he played Drake Parker. The show gained immense popularity among young audiences and led to Bell winning over nine Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards.
In addition to his work on Nickelodeon, Bell appeared in films such as The Jack Bull and High Fidelity. He also starred in A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!, released in 2011. Beyond acting, Bell made frequent appearances in commercials and televised events, including the 2006 Miss Teen USA pageant.
