Julie Gonzalo, born Julieta Susana Gonzalo in 1981, is an Argentine-American actress and producer. She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and raised in Miami, Florida. Her early career began in print modeling before she transitioned into acting by taking theater classes. Seeking greater opportunities, she moved to Los Angeles, where she made her feature film debut in 2002 with a supporting role in the romantic comedy I'm with Lucy, acting opposite Monica Potter.
Gonzalo gained recognition for her performances in several popular early 2000s films. In 2003, she played the antagonist opposite Lindsay Lohan in Freaky Friday.
