Barr and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matt_Shirvington">Matt Shirvington</a> are current co-hosts of the Seven Network's breakfast television show Sunrise. She was once a Sunrise <a href="/biography/natalie-barr">news presenter</a>.

Natalie Barr was born on March 19, 1968. Her mother and her father decided to raise her and her brother, Russell Barr, in the town of Bunbury in Western Australia. Her mother noticed from a young age that she was very much passionate about the field of journalism. Every morning she would wake up early and rush outside to fetch the newspaper, after which Barr would spend her morning watching cartoons on the television and snipping articles out of the newspaper so that she could pretend she was presenting the news to her mother.
