Gary LeVox

Rascal Flatts is a massive name in the music world, and the band's lead singer is a shining example of what you can achieve if you are true to your cause and passion. A family and countryman to the core, LeVox has had a stellar musical career highlighted by more than a dozen chart-toppers. So far, the group has sold more than 30 million albums.

They have taken care of the country music world and ushered in a new sound. There was a time when people in the mainstream only associated country music with people like Garth Brooks and the Dixie Chicks. Gary and his band have changed the landscape and shown music executives that the genre of a country can be so much more.

Personal Life

Marriages are hard to maintain when they are formed in the glamour and glitz-loaded showbiz industry. Temptations are plenty; however, people like Gary LeVox are stereotype breakers as he has stayed married and faithful to his wife Tara since 1999. According to LeVox, it was love at first sight, and he knew he had met his soul mate and life partner when he saw her at a gospel festival concert, "I knew at that moment that I was looking at my future wife."

On May 15, 1999, they married a year before releasing his band's first album, which appeared on the Walt Disney Company-owned Lyric Street Records.

The lovely couple has two beautiful children; both are daughters. The couple was blessed with a girl on August 26, 2000, and named her Britanny Kay Vernon. They welcomed their second daughter Brooklyn Leigh Vernon on March 21, 2004.

There has been no news, gossips, or scandal of any type linking LeVox to any other girl or having a relationship outside his marriage other than one crazy fan. A girl posted some intimate pictures on the internet and stated that she had more intimate images but was too embarrassed to publish them. The photos include Gary with the girl in a truck at night, but Gary has denied anything wrong going on in the pictures.

The gifted singer and songwriter and the devoted husband and father believe that his close-knit family is the most precious thing for him in the world. His wife and daughter are a constant source of strength, joy, and inspiration for him.

LeVox also shares a close friendship with actor, comedian, singer and songwriter, Jamie Foxx. Their close personal bond goes back to the mid-1990s, with Foxx making a guest appearance on the group's fifth studio album, Still Feels Good.
