Gavin Macintosh, born March 22, 1999, is an American actor who started his career in 2010. His first role was in the short film Turns, which he held a starring role. In 2011, Macintosh moved to television and was a guest actor on the well known NBC program Parks and Recreation. Later Macintosh moved to ABC Family with a role on The Fosters starting in 2013, which became one of the founding positions of his youth and later career and is known for having the youngest LGBT kiss on U.S. television featured in “Now Hear This” episode of The Fosters. Macintosh in his personal life enjoys skateboarding, biking, and playing competitive soccer.
In the time off screen, he also enjoys sketching, painting, songwriting, and male model. His model career involved shoots with Gap, Target, Hang Ten, Tom Tailor, Porsche, and Mattel among other notable companies. Macintosh is well known as an outspoken LGBT rights activist and looks forward to the day they receive equal rights. Macintosh also takes a stand against bullying and is a strong advocate of the “Be Good to Each Other” campaign, supporting individuals to embrace their differences and looks positively towards others who do not share the same traits.
