After being abandoned by her parents, Ayala was brought up by her grandmother. Following her grandmother’s passing, Ayala was compelled to move back in with her mother, whose financial difficulties resulted in Ayala living in a home without basic utilities such as water and electricity.
During this period, Ayala faced considerable hardship. After her mother became pregnant and moved in with her boyfriend, Ayala was left alone and eventually became homeless.
