Heather Morris is an American actress, dancer, singer and model perhaps best known for her work on the Fox network musical comedy-drama series Glee. Heather Morris was born on February 1, 1987, in Thousand Oaks, California. Heather grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, and was introduced to dancing when she was just one year old. Heather Morris admits that she has wanted to perform her entire life, even writing down that she wanted to be a famous singer as early as kindergarten. Heather attended Arizona State University briefly, dropping out after just two semesters to move to Los Angeles so she could pursue a career in dancing.

During 2007 and 2008, Heather was a back-up dancer for Beyonce and also performed live with the singer on “Single Ladies” and credits the twelve hour days that she spent rehearsing with the singer as helping her focus. Heather earned the role of Brittany S. Pierce on Glee in 2009 after being brought in to teach the cast the dance routine from “Single Ladies.” In December 2010, Morris was named the Celebrity Style Ambassador for FLIRT! Cosmetics, an Estee Lauder cosmetics line. Heather was married to her boyfriend of six years, Taylor Hubbell, on February 11, 2016. The couple’s son, Elijah Hubbell, was born on September 28, 2013.
