Jack davenport full name Jack Arthur Davenport was born on 1 March 1973 in London, England to Maria Aitken and Nigel Davenport who is an actor himself. His parents then moved to Ibiza, Spain where he lived until he was 7 years old. His parents went through a divorce when he was 7 years old and that time his parents decided to send him to Dragon School in Oxford because they didn't want him to be affected by their divorce. After completing his high school he went to Cheltenham College. He was very interested in acting when he was in high school and so he decided to choose it as a career. This led him to the British American Drama Academy. This is where he learned all his acting skills.
Davenport was initially not that interested in being an actor he just wanted to be in the crew but he impressed many people throughout his drama classes and with his performances. He then realized that he has a potential to do acting. This then inspired him to do acting and so he did. His first movie was Fierce Creatures for which he played a role of a zookeeper. However, the role was very small it gave him the chance to appear in front of the camera and boost his confidence and self-esteem. He never looked back after this and started doing TV shows and movies alike. Some of the movies that he did are The talented Mr. Ripling, Coupling, Ultraviolet and more. But his biggest movie to date is, however, The Pirates of the Carribean for which he did consecutive movies The Curse of the Black Pearl, Dead Man's Chest and At Worlds End.
In addition to this, he has also done some voice-overs for movies and cartoon shows. On 1 December 2000, he got married to Michelle Gomez who is an actress herself. She has done some incredible shows like Green Room and The Book Group. They have been since then living a very happy life rarely appearing in the news for any wrong reasons. There is no news of them getting any divorce anytime soon. He was also blessed with a child in 2010. He currently lives in London with his wife and his son Harry Davenport. He takes out time for charity work as well. Known for being generous he has done many charity works and believes in returning back to the society and making it a better place to live.
