Jacqueline Marie Evancho, known professionally as Jackie Evancho, was born on April 9, 2000, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to parents Michael and Lisa Evancho. She is the second of four siblings, with two brothers and one sister. From a young age, Jackie displayed a natural talent for singing. She began performing publicly in elementary school and, by the age of eight, was participating in local talent contests and events.
