Jaymee graduated Communication at Washington State University from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication, where she also worked as a reporter and a news presenter for WSU cable 8.

Career Experience

Jaymee Sire began her career in 2002 at KRTV (CBS), where she served as a sports and news presenter in Great Falls, MT. From 2005 to 2006, she worked for preseason broadcasts at KFMB’s San Diego Chargers as a sideline reporter. Jaymee Sire worked with KFMB-TV in San Diego as a journalist for five years. Later she served at Comcast SportsNet (CSN) Bay Area, where she joined in 2008 as an anchor for SportsNet Central. She also served as an anchor for Golden State Warriors, Giants Pre, and Post Game Live, Oakland A’s and San Jose Sharks games, etc. In 2011, at CSN she hosted and produced ‘A Day in the Life: Tim Lincecum’. On April 11, 2013, Jaymee Sire debuted as an anchor for the show Highlight Express on ESP News on ESPN. Jaymee Sire made her SportsCenter debut on May 5, 2013. For more than a decade she has been associated with the network of sports media.

While she was working at CSN Bay Area, she was thrice nominated for Emmy Awards. However once she won it too. In 2009 she won an Emmy Award at San Francisco for All A’s: A’s in Japan Show, the program which was telecasted on CSN. In 2004 while working at KFMB, for Best Sports Story she was awarded pacific Southwest Emmy Award. She also won the famous Judith Waller Award for the category Outstanding Senior Woman in Broadcasting from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University in 2002.
