Education

In 1989, Jeremy graduated from Fred C. Bayer High School in Modesto and went on to attend Modesto Junior College and was happy to study Computer Science and Criminology. Though he had a somewhat troubling start to life, he was quite intelligent and bright and took his studies seriously. His biography would be incomplete if it is not mentioned that his career took a swift turn in a different direction when he took drama class as an elective in college. He discovered his key strength and thus dumped computing and criminology and went into acting fully.

Career Experience

Though Jeremy’s parents supported him early in his acting career, that support faded with time. His acting career commenced in 1995 in the film ‘National Lampoon’s Senior Trip’ produced by Wendy Grean and Peter Morgan. He started out small and had to survive on very meager resources. At a point in his life, Jeremy joggled the work of a make-up artist in between movie roles to keep body and soul together.

He went on to feature in many other movies, namely, ‘A Friend’s Betrayal, ‘The Net’, ‘The Time of Your Life’ ‘Dahmer,’ ‘S.W.A.T’ and ‘The Hear is Deceitful Above all Things.’ Other movies he made are ‘A Little Trip to Heaven’, ‘Neo Ned’, ‘The Avengers’, ‘American Hustle’, ‘The Bourne Legacy’ and ‘Mission Impossible.’

Apart from acting, Jeremy also sings. He is a songwriter, a drummer, keyboardist and a guitarist. He has appeared in some movie videos as well, such as ‘Trouble’ by Pink and performed ‘I Drink Alone’ for the sound track of North Country. He also performed the songs ‘American Pie’ and ‘Good Ole Rebel.’ Further from acting and singing, Jeremy Renner runs a business in house renovating in partnership with his best friend Kristoffer Winters.

Personal Life

Jeremy Renner got married to Sonni Pacheco on the 13th of January, 2014. Their daughter, Ava Berlin was born on March 28, 2013. However, his wife, a Canadian actress, citing irreconcilable differences, filed for divorce just about two weeks before their first wedding anniversary, on December 30, 2014. Though they both have custody of their daughter, the actor, whose net worth stands at $35 million, adores Ava and quietly hopes she holds his hands on his death bed.

With a height of 1.75m, Jeremy has a great physique. He studied martial arts in preparation for his roles in ‘Mission Impossible and ‘The Avengers.’ He is one of Hollywood’s most celebrated actors and has won many awards and nominated for more. The film ‘Neo Ned’ which he played a key role in, won all the wards it was nominated for at the festivals. Jeremy has proven himself to be a true Hollywood icon.
