Joshua Treadwell McCown was born on July 4, 1979 in Jacksonville, Texas. His folks are Pat and Robin Mccown. Josh's brothers are NFL quarterback Luke Mccown and former Texas A&M quarterback Randy Mccown. He started learning with his friends at Jacksonville High School and after school hours, he would be found in their family farm in Jacksonville, Texas.
