Kathryn Robinson was born on July 24, 1975. Kathryn got her Bachelor's Degree in Economics. She got her Master's Degree in Journalism from Charles Sturt University where she served as a reporter of Seven Network’s Sydney Weekender.

Marriage with Chris Reason

Kathryn got married to Chris Reason, a senior journalist of Seven News. Kath and Chris were blessed with twin kids, a boy, and a girl. The twin kids were born on August 6, 2007. Kathryn’s delivery of her twin kids was announced in the Ten Early News program that Kathryn usually hosted in the morning. The news was also announced at Seven News in the evening where Chris Reason appears as a reporter. Kath returned to her regular work during Christmas in 2007. She took some time off her work to spend time with her growing kids.

When Kathryn wasn't busy with preparing news reports, she took her family to spend time at community events. Her family was so proud of her the time she won the NSW state library’s prestigious 1st prize when she competed at their 2012 knitting competition.

Kathryn started her career as a journalist in 2001. Right from the beginning of her career, she has been serving the television industry as a reporter, anchor, and co-host. She was the reporter of Prime joining the newsroom in Orange and also she has hosted State Focus which is a program that brings current affairs to the viewers. She also served as the presenter and producer at Sky News Australia in Sydney.

For almost five years, Kathryn worked as a reporter of Ten News at Network Ten. Kath has covered extensive and breaking coverage and stories. She served as the Finance presenter at Ten Early News and she frequently appears for Ten News at Five.

During the year 2010, Kathryn co-anchored Good Morning Delhi which is a breakfast program telecasted at Network Ten while the Commonwealth Games were hosted. She shared the screen along with Brad McEwan and presented the show charmingly and captured the attention of the worldwide audience. During the year 2011, Kath was appointed as the anchor of Ten Late News. Kath replaced Sandra Sully and she started hosting the 6 PM slot with George Negus.

Later in the month of April 2011, Robinson was reinstated as the FinancepPresenter of Ten Early News and also she was the presenter of Ten Late News, Friday Edition. In the month of January 2012, Kath was appointed as the co-anchor of Breakfast with Andrew Rochford and Paul Henry. The program was annulled and expunged during the month of November 2012. It was announced that Kathryn would quit from Network Ten. It was also announced that Kathryn would become a member of the 2UE radio station in the year 2013.
