Kristian Bush

Kristian Merrill Bush is a singer, songwriter, and record producer from the United States. Bush was a part of the folk-rock duet Billy Pilgrim with Andrew Hyra and is one-half of the country music duo Sugarland with Jennifer Nettles. Bush's solo album, Southern Gravity, was released in 2015 through Streamsound Records, as well as his work with these two groups.

Kristian Bush was born on March 14, 1970, in Tennessee. He is an American singer, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter. He is known chiefly when he was a part of a duo of country music called Sugarland. He is a great-grandson to A.J Bush, who founded Bush Brothers and Company. His family sold this company when he was still young, but his cousin continued to be the company's spokesman. He was exposed to the instrument when he was still young, and he played his first violin when he was only four years old. After some time, he stopped learning the violin and started with the guitar. After some time, he was already recording his songs, recording some songs at home. His music career in Country music helped him to accumulate a net worth of 14 million dollars. He also earns salary and royalties from his song on YouTube and in games.

Career

Kristian Bush formed his first group with Andrew Hyra called Billy Pilgrim. They first met in Knoxville when Hyra relocated with a sister to pursue their music as a brother and sister duo. Bush had already contacted some studios, so together, they built their music career together.

In 2002, Bush founded Sugarland during the year 2002. He signed for Mercury Records in Nashville and 2004. He exploded in the country music scene with the singer Jennifer Nettles. They have surpassed the sales to more than 22 million albums worldwide and achieved many no one singles. They also won many awards, including CMA Awards, CMT music Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards, Grammys, and American Music Awards.

When they signed with Mercury Nashville Records, they were able to break through when they released Baby Girl, Twice the Speed of Life. When they became two singers, they released Enjoy the Ride and Want To and Settling. Sugarland has been able to sell more than 14 million records.

Kristian Bush also played solo, and he got six BMI Awards because of his ability in songwriting abilities. In 2011, he produced a collection of songs known as Songs of Architects. He has written some songs in collaboration with Matt Nathanson, Laura Bell Bundy, and Ellis Paul. He sang alone for the first time in the C2C or Country to Country festival in 2013. He is the latest person who collaborated with Big Blue Bubble, Canada Based computer and Video developer, to become the newest character and first celebrity guest in the online hit game called My Singing Monster. He is introduced to this game by his son, and he then took a liking to the game to the Twitter Account. He appears as a ShugaBush Monster.

Personal Life

Contrary to other celebrities who are known to have a string of girlfriends and divorces, Bush is only a husband to Jill, and he has two children: a son Tucker and a daughter Camille. They all live in Atlanta, Georgia. His brother Brandon played in a rock group called Train, and he likes to tour with Sugarland as a Keyboardist.
