Kyra Santoro is an American actress and model well known for her appearance as a swimsuit model in Sports Illustrated magazine’s swimsuit edition. Kyra Santoro was born on March 23, 1993, in Calabasas, California; her father taught her to surf at a young age. Kyra is a Lakers fan and grew up wakeboarding, surfing, and skateboarding. Kyra was featured, along with fashion model and Victoria Secret Angel, Erin Heatherton, in the 2016 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. She has also been featured as Sports Illustrated magazine’s Lovely Lady of the Day. Kyra has appeared on the website The Chive, a photo-entertainment website that is independently owned and operated by Resignation, LLC. Kyra was named Miss October 2012 by TransWorld Surf. Kyra’s film credits include The Orville (2017), a science fiction film about intergalactic space travel; Organics (2018), a dark comedy about a naïve barista, and #ThisIsCollege (2016), which starred Olivia Pickren, Talia Rothenberg, and Chelsea Taylor.
