As of March 28th, 2018, Lloyd Robertson was involved in a multi car crash in Toronto, Canada on one of the busiest roads. The incident happened when Robertson was driving South on Don Valley Parkway, when suddenly the rear left corner of his SUV was struck by another vehicle. This accident caused Robertsons car to spin out of control and hit a guardrail.

Robertson was interviewed about the accident by CTVNEWS. During this interview Robertson was quoted as saying: “I was in the middle lane. I headed off to the left lane and then into the median,” Robertson said. “This [front end of his SUV] crashed the median, spun me out to the right. I headed around to the right, hit a van, knocked the van over, and then I continued on for a bit and came to a stop.”

Describing his relief that he did not suffer any major injuries during the accident, Robertson says: “I was still in one piece. I knew that. I got out of the car and I was able to walk away,” Robertson said. “It’s a pretty bad accident as accidents go and of accidents I’ve covered over the years myself.”

Luckily Robertson and the drivers of the other vehicles involved were able to walk away from the incident relatively unscathed, as only minor injuries were reported. The other driver of the car that struck Robertsons SUV was charged with careless driving.
