Musical Collaborations and Tribute Work

In addition to his work with Sugar Ray, McGrath contributed to "Reaching Out," a tribute track dedicated to the late Lynn Strait, former vocalist of Snot. He also appeared in the music video for "Angel’s Son," a tribute song written by the band Sevendust. McGrath joined Sevendust for a performance of the song on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Summerland and Under the Sun Tours

Alongside Art Alexakis of Everclear, McGrath co-founded the Summerland Tour, which featured bands like Sugar Ray, Marcy Playground, Lit, Gin Blossoms, and Everclear. After separating from Alexakis in 2013, McGrath launched the Under the Sun Tour. The tour showcased Sugar Ray in addition to bands such as Fastball, Vertical Horizon, Gin Blossoms, and Smash Mouth.
