Megan Mckenna is a British television personality who became well known when she reached the semi-finals in the third season of Britain’s Got Talent. A reality television veteran, Mckenna appeared on MTV’s Ex on the Beach, Celebrity Big Brother, and The Only Way is Essex, before starring in her own reality show, There’s Something About Megan. There’s Something About Megan documented Megan’s travels to Nashville and her pursuit of a country music career.
Her debut EP was released to accompany the show and featured the songs “High Heeled Shoes” and “Far Cry from Love”; both songs reached the top of the UK iTunes charts within twenty four hours of their release. Megan released her debut album on December 7, 2018. The album, Story of Me, debuted as number one on the UK iTunes country chart and reached number ten on the mainstream UK iTunes chart. The official UK country chart had Story of Me debuting at number six. In the summer of 2018, Megan released the autobiographical book, Mouthy, which topped the Sunday Times bestsellers list. She also released a clothing line, Studio Mouthy, to accompany her makeup line, Mouthy cosmetics. Megan also has a restaurant, MCK Grill, in Woodford Green.
