James was previously engaged to fellow professional wrestler Kenny Dykstra in the mid-2000s, but the engagement ended before their scheduled wedding. She later married English professional wrestler Nick Aldis—formerly known as Magnus in Impact Wrestling—on December 31, 2015. The couple has a son, Donovan Patrick Aldis, born in September 2014.
