Nicole grew up with three brothers and was primarily raised by her mother following her parents' separation during her childhood. Her parents eventually reconciled later in life. She has often cited her mother as a major influence on her life.

Modeling Career and Rise to Fame

Nicole began her modeling career at the early age of 13. Just a year later, she won an international modeling competition, which led to her signing with the prestigious Ford Modeling Agency. Her career quickly gained momentum, and she joined the ranks of top models with the Paris-based Glamour modeling agency—not to be confused with the Glamour magazine.
