Brown Jr. is a well-known businessman and the magnate of famous Kentucky Fried Chicken and the former Governor of Kentucky. Her mother, Phyllis George has been famous as a former beauty pageant Miss America and CBS-NFL sportscaster.

As Pamela was born in one of the most influential families of Kentucky, she has been used to the limelight since childhood. She has an elder brother named Lincoln Brown.
