Perdita Weeks is a British actress who is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Mary Boleyn in the Showtime television historical drama, The Tudors. The Tudors, which is set in sixteenth century England, was created by Michael Hirst and is based on the reign of King Henry Vlll. The show ran for four seasons debuting in April of 2007 and having its season finale in June of 2010. Perdita Weeks was born Perdita Rose Annunziata Weeks on December 25, 1985, in Cardiff, South Glamorgan, Wales, United Kingdom. Perdita attended Roedean School and studied art history at the Courtauld Institute. Her film credits include Goggle-Eyes (1993), Loving (1995), The Prince and the Pauper (2000), Prowl (2010), and Ready Player One (2018).

Both of Perdita’s sisters are also actors and Perdita, who is said to have a striking resemblance to her older sister, costarred with Honeysuckle Weeks (her older sister) in the film Rag Nymph (1997). The two sisters played older and younger versions of the same character. Perdita Weeks has been married to Kit Frederiksen since 2012. The couple has twin sons, Humphrey Carrington Frederiksen and Rupert Sebastian Frederiksen, born on April 30, 2013. Currently, Weeks is playing Juliet Higgins in the reboot of Magnum P.I.
