Rachel Levin was a cheer leader in high school (Lower Merion High School) and began her college studies at Penn State-Brandywine. It all began, when she concluded that instead of doing makeup tutorials in front of the mirror, she should film a video. So she filmed a how to conceal under-eye circles video, posted it and didn't think anything of it. This was in December 2015 and the video was called "How to Conceal Under Eye Dark Circles". As on April 2016 she had over 77, 00,000 subscribers and over one billion views. Her beauty tips, DIY, fashion, food and lifestyle tips have over two million followers on Instagram. At the early age of 16, she was quoted in the Wall Street Journal [2] in an article Mixing Makeup for the Webca. The Cosmopolitan Magazine’s September 2014 issued had quoted her in an article titled "The United States of Style".

She has appeared on talk shows like the Steve Harvey show and NBC Today Show. She was the guest speaker at the October 6, 2016 Pennsylvania Conference for Women. Magazines like AdWeek have featured her on the cover with the tagline "YouTube's Cover Girl, Beauty Vlogger Rachel Levin Heads UpGoogles Cast of Video Talent" and in an article "How YouTube Beauty Star Rachel Levin Keeps 7 Million Subscribers Tuned in”. She published a video called "Birthday Swap with BeautyBySiena" on March 5, 2014. She also launched a video called "500K Subscriber Giveaway! [MacBook Pro + iPad + Go Pro]" on August 12, 2014 and followed it with a 600k subscriber giveaway less than a month later

Levin was nominated for a 2015 Teen Choice Award Wave 3 in the category of "Choice Web Star: Fashion/Beauty." She was also nominated in two categories for a Streamy Award in the categories of "Breakout Creator" and "Lifestyle.". Born on February 24, 1995, Rachel Claire Levin was raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with three siblings and two step-siblings. She is slim and and weighs around 145 lbs and measures around 172 cms in height. She was rumored to be dating Isaac Nakash since 2013, who is a social star, in his own right. In 2014, she introduced her mom in a YouTube Mom Tag video.
