Robert Wagner was born in February 1930 in Michigan. Robert Wagner maternal grandparents are Norwegian and his paternal are from Germany. He has no brother but has one daughter Mary. In 1949 he graduated from Santa Monica High school.

He was from middle class family. His father was a telephone operator and he after his graduation he had to work for the earning. He started working for the Ford Motors as a travelling salesman.

He is rumored to have more than five affairs named Joan Crawford, Elizabeth Taylor, Shirley Anne Field, Anita Ekberg, Yvonne De Carlo but his most long romantic and marital affair was with Joan Collin which lasted for five years.  Joan Collin and Robert Wagner worked together in film Titanic where they get closer. Other than extra marital affair Robert lived a married life too. He did four marriages. First one in the age of 27 with 19 years old girl Natalie Wood but unfortunately get divorced April 1962 after 6 years of marriage. In 1963, when Robert was working in Europe with his oldest friend actress Marshall who has two kids with other husband married her in July 1963. After return to America baby girl named Katie Wagner. He divorced her in 1971 after 8 years of married life with her. He again married with Natalie Wood and had only child named Courtney Wagner born in 1964. After died of Natalie, he married to an actress Jill St. John in 1990.

Robert Wagner started his career in films in 1950 with The Happy Years. Robert Wagner signed high grade film studios and the film line open for ever till 2014. He signed contract with 20thcentury fox where he got many films such A Kiss before dying 1956, white feather 1955, Prince Valiant 1954 etc.

He signed Columbia Pictures and signed 3 films under the contract. In 1966 Robert signed contract with Universal studio and do many film.

After great success in films Robert in 1969 after convincedby Lewhe did television start his career with “it takes thief”? In 1972 he produced a television movie Madame Sen. In the mid70s his career in television is on peak when he was working in Switch.
