Musical Pursuits with The Blanks

In addition to acting, Sam Lloyd was an accomplished musician. He was a vocalist and co-founder of The Blanks, an a cappella group best known for their recurring appearances on “Scrubs” as “Ted’s Band,” portrayed in-universe as “The Worthless Peons.”

The Blanks consisted of four members: Sam Lloyd, Philip McNiven, George Miserlis, and Paul F. Perry. They combined music and sketch comedy, performing both live and in television roles. In June 2013, they released a cover of "Take On Me" as their most recent single.

Beatles Tribute with The Butties
