Seth Green, born Seth Benjamin Gesshel-Green on February 8, 1974, in Overbrook Park, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an American actor, producer, writer, and voice artist. He was raised in a Jewish household by his parents, Barbara Gesshel and Herbert Green, alongside his older sister, Kaela. His family heritage traces back to Poland, Latvia, and Russia.
Green entered the entertainment industry at the young age of seven and has remained active in the field ever since.
Seth Green officially began his acting career with a role in the 1984 film Billions for Boris. That same year, he appeared in The Hotel New Hampshire, followed by a role in Woody Allen’s Radio Days in 1987. These early roles helped establish his career as a young actor.
In the early 1990s, Green gained attention through a commercial for Rally’s Burgers, popularized by the catchphrase “Cha Ching.” His growing popularity earned him a spot in a 1991 Super Bowl advertisement.
