Rachel Wilkos 

Rachelle Wilkos was born in the year 1971 as Rachelle Consiglio and she is a television producer of American citizenship. She is an ex senior producer at The Jerry Springer Show and she is now an executive producer for The Steve Wilkos show which is hosted by her husbandSteve Wilkos. He was a Springer Security guard and now he is a talk show host. As the longtime executive producer of Springer called Richard Dominick went away at the beginning of 2008 season, Wilkos got the role of being executive producer for The Steve Wilkos Show.

What many people may not realize is that Rachelle Wilkos has had a great career in television. She began that carer by attending Wayne State University where she majored in journalism/radio and TV.

Out of school, Rachelle ended up as an intern for Company, one of the longest-running morning show programs in the United States. She eventually worked her way up from intern to associate producer of the program.

Rachelle worked on The Jerry Springer Show for 18 seasons, rising to the level of executive producer in 2007. She was Supervising Producer during the ’90s, overseeing Springer’s best seasons. Her best month was Febraury 1998, when Springer became the first syndicated daytime talkshow to beat The Oprah Winfrey Show in 10 years. Springer went on to beat Oprah in 57 of 59 weeks and six straight sweeps periods

Rachelle is the daughter of a woman who was a famous hair dresser for kids. Rachelle’s mother had a giving heart when it came to children. She always wanted to help the less fortunate children who did not have the same chances and opportunities as other children. Rachelle’s mother extended the same love that she gave to Rachelle to other children as if they were her own kids. Rachelle’s mother became the founder of a charitable organization called Wigs 4 Kids. The company provides wigs for children who suffer from a condition called Carcinomas and other hair loss conditions. Rachelle’s mother understood how hard and embarrassing it could be for children to grow up bald among their peers.

She knew that there would be a lot of nasty teasing and hurt feelings for the children. She wanted to ease their pain by providing a way to cover up their condition. Even though it wasn’t real hair, it was at least a shield from bullying and a source of comfort for the children.Rachelle’s motheris named Maggie Varney. She is the CEO and founder of Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan, an organization that helps to provide children  who have lost their hair due diseases and treatments with wigs.
