Ajiona Alexus is an American actress known for her appearances on the television shows Empire, 13 Reasons Why, Acrimony, and Breaking In. Ajiona Alexus also portrayed the role of De’ Anna in The Rickey Smiley Show. The Rickey Smiley show was an American situational comedy that aired for three seasons, from September of 2012 through September of 2014. Ajiona Alexus was born on March 16, 1996, in Tuskegee, Alabama. She enjoyed sports as a child and played both basketball and soccer. Ajiona went on to study Theater Arts at the Alabama School of Fine Arts. Ajiona is well known for playing the character of Sheri Holland, a sweet but remorseful cheerleader with a dark secret, in the Selena Gomez produced series 13 Reasons Why. She is also appeared in theaters nationwide in 2018 in the psychological thriller Acrimony.
She also played opposite Gabrielle Union and Jason George in the Universal Picture’s film Breaking In. Ajiona comes from a family of musicians and has opened for musical artists Diggy Simmons, OMG Girlz, and IYAZ. Ajiona Alexus is not married and by all accounts is enjoying her singlehood. In May of 2018, Ajiona dropped her new single/lyric video for her song Baggage.
