The mother of Angie Goff is South Korean, and her father is Caucasian, which makes Angie Goff half of Caucasian, and half of South Korean descent. Back in her early days she first dreamed of becoming a model, then becoming a doctor, but after watching a local Seoul television news broadcast, Angie Goff to become a news anchor and television journalist. Angie spent her childhood and teenage years in Seoul, South Korea. Angie and her parents moved from South Korea to the United States of America. She was also an excellent student at the Seoul American High School. All of the Seoul American High School curriculum was in the English language, but Angie could catch up with the curriculum which was not in her native Korean language. Angie Goff finished her freshman and sophomore years at Seoul American High School. After moving to Herndon, Virginia, Angie finished her junior and senior high school years at a local high school in Herndon, according to her biography. She also participated in her high school's journalism club in Herndon. Little did she know, that she would from an amateur journalist become a professional news anchor and brodcaster with a net worth of $1.5 million. After finishing her high school education, Angie Goff enrolled into the George Mason University based in Fairfax, Virginia. She got herself a Bachelor of Arts degree from that University.


Angie Goff's career in journalism began in Los Angeles, California. In Los Angeles, she was a television reporter for television station Torrance CitiCable. At that time, she was a personal assistant of Mark Steines, a popular anchor of Entertainment Tonight. In the Summer of 2011, Angie Goff joined the television station based in Washington, District of Columbia - the NBC Washington. She works there as a morning news anchor to this day. She won a regional Emmy Award of South Carolina during her career at South Carolina's local television station.

Angie Goff is currently married to her husband, Robert Ellis. Angie is also a mother of two children. She and Robert Ellis had a spectacular wedding with many guests.
