Chapman and Beth joined forces in business and life in 1995 and finally moved together blending their families. Beth goes bounty hunting and runs the bail bonds office with her husband, often counseling the detainees.  

Beth said that her husband flirts with her a lot and makes efforts to be with her. He writes his love notes, takes her on long drives and tells her that she is sexy, even when she was yelling at him. She said that divorce is not an option in this relationship. She stated she would take all the necessary steps to make the relationship work. 

In 2010, he admitted that he cheated on his wife a lot of times when he was married. He said that Beth would understand and wouldn't be mad at him. He said that he was very sure because he was having a relationship with her when he was married to two different women at two different time periods. 

Actually, it was not. She did not file for separation and there were no known arguments about this. He announced to the public before he confessed to her and she showed no reaction. She did not comment on this confession either. It looked like she never cared with whom, he sleeps or who tags him as a boyfriend. 

In 2013, an arrest warrant was given against her. It was said that she and her children were on a road trip when a car almost hit them. The car was driven by a teen girl. Beth raced up to her and yelled for her to slow down or else she would call the cops about the beer cans in the car. The girl said that the cops would not do anything to her. She was very rude and Beth talked back. After some time, the girl left and two of her friends came with firearms and asked her to get out of the car. She called Duane and he alerted the police. But, when the cops arrived and talked to the girl, they issued a warrant against Beth. Ultimately, no information was given on the outcome of the said warrant.
