Post-Playing Career and Coaching

After retiring from professional basketball in 2001, Mullin shifted to front-office roles. He served as Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations for the Golden State Warriors and later worked as a special advisor for the Sacramento Kings. In 2015, he was named the 20th head coach of the St. John’s Red Storm men’s basketball team, returning to his alma mater in a leadership capacity.
