Since starting her modeling career she has been on the cover of sports illustrated for 3 straight years 2009, 2010 and 2011. She has also worked with brands like Black/Up, Tsumori Chisato, Clarins, Yves Saint Laurent and Victoria's Secret’s Pink line. In addition to that, she has graced the cover of French Marie Claire, Essence magazine, Gala, Trace (magazine), Pride Magazine London, Uptown magazine and Vibe Magazine.

Lewis's current age is 25 years and her whole future lies in front. There is no news of her husband or being married or of any divorce. Prince was her boyfriend but their relationship was cut short by Prince's death. Some sources say she is currently dating 'Chad Faust' but is should be taken with a grain of salt as it's been never confirmed by her.

As per her biography, Lewis being a fan of basketball started writing a blog named 'Heels to hoops' which combines the physicality of basketball with the fashion.
