Monet’s acting career spans both television and film. In 2003, she appeared in several television series, including American Dreams, The Bernie Mac Show, and 8 Simple Rules. She later played the role of Megan in the short-lived CBS sitcom Listen Up, and portrayed Rebecca in Zoey 101.

In 2006, she took a role in the horror film Simon Says. The following year, she appeared in two feature films: Taking 5 and Nancy Drew.

From 2010 to 2013, Monet gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Trina Vega in the Nickelodeon series Victorious. In addition to acting, she hosted the Nickelodeon game show Paradise Run.

Monet was also involved in all three Fred movies and served as the host of AwesomenessTV until the program was cancelled in 2014.
