There were also legal filings against David by his co-actress Kristina Hagan after her 2009 September’s appearance on Bones. David was alleged of sending “sexually unsuitable” messages to her on the set. The allegations also extended to David making unwanted and inappropriate approaches to Hagan on set and in the parking lot of the studio, promising her a good career in exchange for sex.

There is more spice in the story! Rumors claim that David is a serial cheater! He was found spending time with the porn star Gina Rodriguez. David has a Kanji tattoo on each wrist, one means "Soul" and the other means "Destiny" and his wife, Jaime Bergman, has matching tattoos on her wrists as well.

David will combine his love of hockey with charitable giving as he plans to participate in Luc Robitaille’s Celebrity Shootout. David will be playing a hockey game with other celebrities and National Hockey League stars to benefit Stacia and Luc Robitaille’s charity, Echoes of Hope
