Ebro Darden, born Ibrahim Jamil Darden on March 17, 1975, in Oakland, California, is an American media executive and radio personality. His heritage reflects a diverse background—his father is African American and his mother is Jewish. Raised with exposure to both cultures, Darden attended a Pentecostal church and a Hebrew school during his youth. Darden began his career in radio as a teenager, starting at KSFM in Sacramento, California. He initially worked as a part-time researcher and sales runner. Over time, he advanced to become a co-host for the station’s night and morning shows.
