Michael Braxton was born on 1968 in the state of Maryland. Michael Braxton is mostly known because of his role in the reality show, Braxton Family Values which also starred his famous singing sisters, <a href="/biography/traci-braxton">Traci</a>, <a href="/biography/trina-braxton">Trina</a>, <a href="/biography/tamar-braxton">Tamar</a> and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toni_Braxton">Toni Braxton</a>. He is usually called as Mikey by his family members. They were collectively known as The Braxtons, a musical group which focused on R&B, Urban contemporary gospel and pop. He is also a TV personality and a nurse.

Personal Life

Michael was born to parents, Michael and Evelyn. Along with him, his parents have five children. The first one is <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toni_Braxton">Toni</a> and then Michael was born. He was named after his father. He has three younger sisters, <a href="/biography/traci-braxton">Traci</a>, Towanda, <a href="/biography/trina-braxton">Trina</a> and <a href="/biography/tamar-braxton">Tamar</a>. He was raised religiously by his father, who was a reverend.

He attended choirs and attended religious tours. His parents divorced but there are no details as to how Michael took the divorce and separation. His father later remarried and started to live with his new wife in Baltimore. Michael’s relationship with his father’s second wife is not known to public.
