George Sheehy Stults was born on August 16, 1975, in Detroit, Michigan. Although born in Detroit, he spent most of his childhood in Green Mountain Falls, Colorado. Stults began his college education at the University of Southern Colorado, where he earned a wrestling scholarship. However, after one year, he transferred to Whittier College in California, motivated in part by a desire to be closer to his younger brother, Geoff Stults, to whom he remains close.

Path to Acting

George Stults considered a career in acting while still in high school. Initially, he ventured into modeling, which became his first step into the entertainment industry. During lunch one day, a commercial agent noticed him and offered her business card. This encounter marked his first direct connection to the acting world. Interestingly, before deciding to pursue acting, Stults had seriously contemplated joining the U.S. Navy.
