Hezekiah Walker is a well-known American gospel musician and the pastor of the Love Fellowship Tabernacle in Brooklyn, New York. Walker has released four CDs as Hezekiah Walker & The Love Fellowship Crusade Choir on Benson Records and Verity Records.

Bishop Hezekiah Xzavier Walker was born on December 24, 1962, in Brooklyn, New York. His parents were very religious; Walker and his brother and sisters were forbidden to enjoy dancing and watching movies. Walker couldn't help it and started loving music since he was a child. Walker joined a choir at the age of eight.

When he was a teenager, he started writing songs; Walker's father died when he was only 14. When he was 21, he lost his mother when she died on her way to church. He was about to get thrown out of their apartment. He had no money left, and then he prayed. When he finished, he sat down and wrote the song 'I'll Make It,' which was a turning point in his life.

Walker was married and lived with his wife, Kyasia Monet Walker, and his daughter before their divorce. Their daughter is named Kyasia. There were rumors that Walker was gay, and he came out of the closet after the bitterness of the separation. Walker denied this rumor entirely and said that it was not even remotely true.
