John Phillip Stamos is an American actor, musician, and singer best known for his role as Jesse Katsopolis on the hit television series Full House. He has also lent his voice to several MTV animated series and appeared in numerous television dramas and comedies throughout his career.
Stamos married actress and model Rebecca Romijn in 1998 after four years of dating. Contrary to rumors suggesting career-related tension between the couple, Stamos clarified that their decision to separate was mutual. He stated they simply realized one day that their relationship had reached its natural end. The couple separated in 2004 and finalized their divorce in 2005.
Following the divorce, Stamos candidly spoke about the emotional impact of the separation. He revealed that he deeply cared for Romijn and envisioned a future with her, including the possibility of having three children.
